His approach to AI automation is forged from two disciplines most consultants have never practiced: the Marine Corps Planning Process and rigorous Systems Engineering. Roger served as the Marine Corps' first Information Management Officer, authoring doctrine subsequently adopted across all major Marine commands. He led a 230-person technology engineering organization before joining Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works, where he directed systems engineering teams on multi-million dollar programs. He holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. After his defense career, Roger founded Tierra Cafetera, running an end-to-end specialty coffee supply chain from Colombia to roasters worldwide.
